We are pleased to see that Bill and Ros at the Lord Nelson in Reedham are launching the Reedham Riverside Beer Festival this August Bank Holiday weekend. This will re-establish the long tradition of pub-based beer festivals in Reedham that dates back to the (now sadly closed) Railway Tavern.
So far we understand there are about 45 beers on the list covering the length and breadth of the UK, with more being added even at this late date.
The Riverside will be closed off for at least part of the weekend, with performances by the Chuffinches (Friday), the Bug Hunters (Saturday), Sylvanne (Sunday) and multiple sessions from local favourites Jon Collorick and Danny & Carl, wrapped up with a big finale performance by the Water Rats on Monday afternoon from 1PM to 5PM.
If you're coming to Reedham for the festival, you're most welcome to call by the brewery, and if you're coming by the brewery, make sure you drop down to the Riverside for the beer festival.
