Stowmarket Beer Festival

Look for Humpty Dumpty ales at the Festival of Beer and Brewing at the Museum of East Anglian Life in Stowmarket this weekend.  Lots of family facilities, beer in historic surroundings and only 10 minutes' walk from the railway station. 

Royal Norfolk Show - 2006

We had a great two days at the Royal Norfolk Show this week.  After a stormy few days that saw the first day of Wimbledon completely washed out, we landed two beautiful sunny days for the Show.

We enjoyed visiting with lots of friends new and old, CAMRA enthusiasts (and their dogs!) and plenty of thirsty folks who showed a preference for our refreshing Lemon and Ginger Ale, 4.0%abv (which did occasionally require an explanation - this is no ginger beer). 

We're already looking forward to next year and hope we'll see you there.

Norfolk Show Lineup

Here's the preliminary line-up for the beers we'll have on at the Royal Norfolk Show. We're hoping to have five casks of each:

• SwallowTail, 4.0%
• Humpty Dumpty Ale, 4.1%
• Railway Sleeper, 5.0%
• Brief Encounter, 4.3%
• Nord Atlantic, 3.7%

We might also have Reedham Gold or Norfolk Nectar as well as Reedcutter, but that depends on what's ready to go in the next few days. 

Royal Norfolk Show

Come out to the Royal Norfolk Show on 28-29 June and drink some Humpty Dumpty real ales with the whole brewery staff.  We're aiming to have at least five of our ales on hand for both days of the show. Closer to the day, we'll post again with the line-up!
